Escape Room FAQ & Policies

Every game is 60 minutes. Plan on arriving 15 minutes early for check-in, waivers, safety instructions, and your briefing, so set aside about 75 to 90 minutes in total.

Both Ghosted and Airlock are built for teams of 2 to 6 players.

Ghosted and Airlock are $52 per person. Escape + Sip can be added for $45 during booking.

Ghosted is a haunted hotel mystery rated 7 out of 10 for difficulty, and a great first room. Airlock is a sci-fi mission rated 8 out of 10, our most challenging room. Many groups come back to play both.

All members of your party should arrive at least 15 minutes before your game time. Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled start may mean forfeiting the experience without a refund, because late arrivals can't push back the next group.

Requests to reschedule should be made at least four hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are subject to the terms shown during booking.

Yes. Participation may require a waiver or acknowledgment before entry, and parents or legal guardians may need to complete documentation for participating minors.

Minimum age and adult-supervision requirements, where they apply, are shown during booking and form part of your reservation.

Phones and some personal belongings may not be permitted inside the escape rooms, and you may be asked to secure them before your game begins.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the rooms. Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused entry. Enjoy a drink in The Cipher Lounge before or after your game instead.

Rooms may include low light, small or confined spaces, crawling or bending, theatrical lighting and sound, and unexpected noises or movement. Let us know before your game about any physical limitation or accessibility concern.

Escape + Sip is a $45 add-on you choose while booking your escape room. It gives you up to $55 in food and drink credit at The Cipher Lounge, before or after your game.

Yes. We host team building, office outings, and celebrations, Each escape room holds 2–6 players, so up to 12 people can play at once across Ghosted and Airlock. Larger groups take turns in the rooms while everyone else gathers in The Cipher Lounge, which hosts events of up to 90 guests.
